Refund & Exchange Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in order to receive a full refund. The packing slip must be included along with the item(s) on all returns.

All returned merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Game Shirts, Score Shirts, or Final Sale Items. Final Sale Items include any product purchased at a discounted rate of 50% or more. Returns can be conducted at any of our Bama Fever-Tiger Pride store locations. You must present the packing slip on all store returns. Website returns can be mailed to the address listed below.

Website exchanges can be mailed to the address listed below. If you would like to conduct an exchange at any of our Bama Fever - Tiger Pride store locations, please contact Website Customer Service first so we can confirm that particular store location will have the item(s) you are looking for.
